Why we use your data

We use personal data for specific purposes, based on lawful reasons:

To fulfil contracts: Process customer orders, manage employee payroll, or coordinate with subcontractors for site work.

With your consent: Send marketing emails or newsletters about our joinery services (you can opt out anytime).

For legal obligations: Submit tax data to HMRC or maintain health and safety records.

For legitimate interests: Manage projects, communicate with suppliers, or improve our services, unless this harms your rights.

Who we share data with

Delete: Ask us to remove data no longer needed.

Restrict: Limit how we use your data in certain cases.

Withdraw consent: Opt out of marketing or other consented uses.

• Inform you if the risk is high (e.g., identity theft).

• Investigate and take steps to prevent recurrence.
