Position Title: Project Manager
Reports to: Operations Director
Location: Glossop, Derbyshire , with the availability to travel to site when required
Salary and benefits: Competitive salary, based on experience. Enjoy a robust benefits package including BUPA cash plan, bonus holiday scheme, company loyalty rewards.
The Role
We’re looking for an organised and practically-minded Project Manager with experience in joinery or a related environment to help oversee the flow of work across our project lifecycle — from sales handover through to design, production, installation, and back to sales.
You’ll work closely with the Operations Director, supporting key project handovers, managing coordination between internal teams and external contacts, and keeping communication flowing at every stage.
We have a dedicated Production Controller overseeing logistics, workshop scheduling, and timesheets, so your focus will be on managing handovers, tracking project detail, solving problems and making sure everyone has what they need to move forward.
This role would suit someone who knows how things are built and fitted on site, and who can bring structure and clarity to a busy, high-output team — with the guidance and mentorship to grow.
